The Public Works Loan Redemption Ordinance, 1933.

(2) The Currency Ordinanco, 1955, as amended by subsequent

Ordinances.

(3) All Ordinances and other enactments relating to the grant of

ponsions, gratuities, or other allowances to persons who have

been in the public service of the Colony, or their relatives or

dependants.

Pension Ordinance,1908, as amended by subsequent Ordinances.

(2) The Pensions Ordinance, 1932, as amended by subsequent Ordinances.

(3) The Currency Ordinanco,1935, as amended by subsequent Ordinances.

The following

aglaph shall

be substituted for paragraph(a):-

"(a) "Directors" means "the Secretary of State."

The following paragraph shall be added :-

"(1) "The Treasurer" means "the Crown Agents for the Colonies."

The section shall be omitted.

The following paragraph shall be substituted for paragraph(e):-

"(e) on medical evidence to the satisfaction of the Secretary of State that he is incapable, by reason of some infirmity of mind or body, of discharging the duties of his office and that such infirmity is likely to bc permanent;

or"

The second sentence in subsection (1), commencing with the words "The control of the Treasurer" shall be omitted. In paragraph (c) of subsection (3) the reference to "the Treasurer and the Advisory Committee" shall be construed as a reference to the Secretary of Statc.
